Good news for me personally. I've been burning the candle @ both ends knowing I couldn't keep it up a new shipment of er dcos arrived today. Too many actually. Matt is an attending excellent and of similar mindset. I am going to back off of clinical duties and take on role of co director of er from an administrative standpoint so I cAn advocate for the er and make some adjustmebts so it hopefully runs more smoothly w some continuity as staff continues to rotate and I will have more time and energy for myself and my primary commitment w housing works. Had lenthy meeting w new cheif med officer of miami. Good guy nick. And we went to the central "medical cluster meeting" at un headquarters to establish relations w various hospitals in pop. I feel a huge weight off w all this extra quAlity help. Don't know what happens in 5 days when they all leave of course
