Multimedia message
Interesting morning @ phap+ clinic (HIV clinic) which is sort of a misnomer. It's a clinic on a front patio. It's mission as I understand it is to provide HIV meds and support but cares for all who come. Anyway some challenges this Morning. 1) HIV +lady on no meds. I don't have the ability to test her viral load and also lack the expertise to know the 1st thing about stRting an antiretroviral regimen. Ironically in the aids clinic aids is the thing I feel absolutely least capable (really incapable) in managing

I did tell Edner not to place you for the HIV management part but from what I gather you're the only MD there. The other 2 are medics. Like my time there, had to come out of IM mode and be Peds, Ortho, surg, etc... You're IT, buddy and sounds like you're doing well. Proud of you!
