2- major head inj/femur fx intubation lifeflight to comfort/ he had
wristbands Id as Miami worker ?us or hatian. If hatian no lifeflight!
3-Stab eviscerate
4-hyperemesis graviarum. Live iup by us. Vomit despite 8 zofran 3l
nss. Vss no tol po. Admit
5-lol chi photos of her. Nl bun cr k CBC. No ct avail. Ivf clear
return instuct. Td abx for cellulitis on head dc
6-10- various high fevers(>104.5 axil). Ivf apap some got chloroquine
reeval 1 admitted ( little girl in pic)
11-13. Bs
14- VIP w ro mi. Gerd? No ce. No EKG ( finally his friend brought
EKG). Ultimately left AMA -ish
15- huge breast abscess surgery asleep or done (9:45) I&d very
excitable svr pain (15 day easily 25 cc pus) conscious sed Td
bsctrim. 48 hr Fu
Now at un compound had burger and coke. Ed over staffed during morning
hrs bc it's holiday( carnival. Fasting and church no celebration ) so
few pts
