Crazy crazy day @ miami hospital. Too much to say now but first patient motorcycle accident w massive head trauma and femur fractur intimated and sent to comfort ( coop did u get him) simultaneosly stab wound to abdomen eviscerated to OR. Then hyperemesis svere. Then some bs then lol w head inj. VIP w chest pain vomit but no EKG

I see the EKG machine has not made it there yet. I had similar problem with a lady who was clinically in heart failure. How long will you be at the field hospital? Have you started at the famly health CTR yet?
